Julianne Campbell with The Good Party was the wedding planner and her and her team took every detail into consideration to provide that special seamless day that every Bride dreams of.

There's nothing more special than having all your closest friends together to support you on your wedding day. Choosing your location is also important for great photos. The venue Alex chose is a perfect example of how beautiful and authentic your photos can be if you choose right. Setting up for makeup and classic portraits near a window is ideal.

This is a really fun part of the day to shoot. If you're like me, and really love catching those real candid moments, its where the gold lies. It was amazing to see how Alex's bridal party really focused on her and her experience.

Oh the dress! Putting on your dream wedding dress is such a big moment. This classic BERTA wedding dress that Alex chose was perfection. She not only did a dress reveal to her friends, but also to her dog. It was love all around.

Your wedding is your oyster and you are the pearl. Some couples prefer to see each other for the first time walking down the aisle and some opt to see each other before.

In my experience, opting for a First Look moment also gives couples a chance to connect before the ceremony. Ive also noticed it calm the nerves of the bride and groom. Like a shared exhale before the big moment.

That's what makes First Look photos so fantastic. The first look says it ALL. An unrivaled moment where I get to catch that REAL moment of love sprinkled with underlying tones of excitement and anticipation and that  'oh my god we're doing this!' feeling.

Its not uncommon, like in this case, to schedule 2 hours for bridal party photos and only end up with 20 minutes. These were taken before the ceremony but in most cases we plan for time after. It all depends on the schedule and I always try to be flexible so we get those perfect classic shots.
